Chef Nicole
At an early age, I knew that I enjoyed cooking as more than just a hobby. While still in high school, I was employed by Wildwood Country Club and knew that I had found my calling.
After graduating from Indiana University of PA, Academy of Culinary Arts in 1995, I moved across the country and resided in Scottsdale, Arizona where I completed my internship at the famous Boulder’s Resort in Carefree, Arizona.
Upon returning to Pittsburgh, I was employed as the assistant chef of a local catering establishment in Wexford and also worked at the prestigious Duquesne Club downtown as a banquet prep cook.
In 1999, I left behind the long working hours of the restaurant business to start a family and began a career in sales and marketing.
In the summer of 2005, I decided to combine my skills as a cook along with my desire to help people and began my own business as a Personal Chef.
Never losing my passion for cooking, I am now able to help people who have more taste than time.
